Mercaptopurine(6-MP)：

6-MP 會經肝臟代謝成 6-methylmercaptopurine 或 thiouric acid，後者是經由xanthine oxidase 所催化，併用 xanthine oxidase inhibitor(Allopurinol)時要降低 6-MP 的劑量為1/4~1/3。
