脂溶性高的配體： 類固醇、性激素、Thyroxine、Vit.D

 

配體調控型穿膜酵素

 

接在細胞外以後，可以活化tyrosinen kinase（多數）、serine kinase或guanylyl kinase

 

Tyrosine kinase：insulin、EGF、PDGF

 

TGF-β：
serine或threonine kinase

 

ANP：
guanylyl cyclase （使cGMP↑）
