嗯，因為豬流感不會造成 Viremia，SIV僅在上下呼吸道上皮增殖

故相對於其他造成病毒血症的豬病 (如PRRS、PCV2-SD等)，會循 hematogenous route 造成 diffuse interstitial pneumonia

豬流感的肺炎模式反而比較像是細菌感染的 aerogenous route，故病灶分布於cranioventral lobes

事實上，SIV 造成的病變也以細支氣管上皮的壞死及剝落為代表，炎症相也以嗜中性球為主

並沒有描述到間質性肺炎或第二型肺泡上皮細胞增生等噢
