Ackerman’s Tumor 
- verrucous carcinoma 一種 (屬低惡度SCC)
- 好發：腳、生殖器、口腔
- 可能會穿過基底膜 
- 不會轉移
- 手術切除後 復發常見

Verrucous carcinoma vs. SCC
VC 其侵犯特徵是 broad、pushing margin，basal cell layer 完整
SCC 則是basal cell layer 已經破裂，侵犯到表皮下面的組織

Ackerman’s tumour or Verrucous Carcinoma (VC) is a distinct form of Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC). It is predominantly seen in elderly men and strongly associated with the use of tobacco. In oral cavity it occurs predominantly in buccal mucosa followed by gingiva, palate and floor of the mouth.
