根據資料
用vancomycin或是teicoplanin來治療
不過vanco也陸續有抗藥性的菌株出現，稱為VRSA或是VISA，檢測使用broth microdilution及 E test+PFGE分型，不用disc-diffusion method，CLSI不推薦使用
