The objective in dynamic self-organizing processes is not to achieve a determined balance or equilibrium. The theory of occupational adaptation proposes that equilibrium or homeostasis can actually result a state of dysadaptation. Personal adaptation is proposed in the theory as a human phenomenon that is in a continuous process of order and disorder and reorganization. 

譯:dynamic self-organizing processes的目標不是達到確定的平衡或平衡,OA提出平衡實際上可能導致適應不良的狀態,個人適應被認為是一種人類現象,它處於order and disorder and reorganization的連續過程。
