Visualization
Seat yourself comfortably and close your eyes. Then visualize an image of a black ring with a black dot in the middle on a white background. Make the image as clear as you can, and then try to hold the image clear and stable for one or two minutes. If you become distracted, recreate the image and continue to try to hold it steady. At the end of that period, open your eyes. Stop reading and do the visualization now.
