train 當訓練的話，本身就是動詞，依主詞不同有不同用法
事物當主詞（vt. 訓練）：The firm trained for its employees to be more efficient.
人當主詞（vi. 接受訓練）：He is training for ministry.
learning此處翻成學習，後面介系詞改to就可以了，不過to 後面要加原型動詞
例如： get learning to operate the machine of the company.
