Urokinase將plasminogen轉化成plasmin(fibrinolysin)，然後可將纖維蛋白的血塊分解。

15min達高峰，6h後仍昇高。靜注後纖維蛋白原約降至1000mg/L，24h後方緩慢回至正常。本品在肝臟中代謝清除，肝功能不良的病人其t1/2有所延長，少量藥物隨膽汁和尿排出體外。

副作用

常見-注射傷口處出血或滲流；偶有-過敏、頭痛、潮紅、發燒、靜脉炎、噁心、發癢、自發性出血。
