五、蒸餾塔操作在大氣壓力及絶熱下,其進料為 85℃的 50% CH3OH 及 50% wt%水,如圖 3 所示。在操作中塔頂及塔底分別提取出 90wt% CH3OH 及 5wt% CH3OH 的飽和液體。全冷器被採用,且回流比為 3。相關的熱力學性質為:

飽和蒸氣熱焓(90wt% CH3OH ,71℃)= 581 Btu/lbm
飽和液體熱焓(90wt% CH3OH ,71℃)= 72 Btu/lbm

飽和液體熱焓(5wt% CH3OH ,95℃)= 171 Btu/lbm
