二、 以書寫《傲慢與偏見》聞名於世的英國小說家珍‧奧斯汀（Jane Austen） 曾說：「任何事皆比不上工作、積極且不可或缺的工作，可使憂愁遠離。」 指出積極投入，工作全力以赴，為人生的首選，有其重要的意義與價值。        然而在仕途上堅持理念，積極入世的宋代文學家蘇軾，直道而行，却多次被貶謫。顯然積極投入職場，使他遭逢意想不到的顛沛流離。他在外放密州期間，寫下〈超然臺記〉，字裡行間，流露他即便身處逆境， 也能境隨心轉，隨遇而安，隨處皆有可樂的超脫自得。         綜觀上述，呈現的是人生歷程中，或積極投入、或靜觀超然的理念與態度。「投入與超然」，你認為是人生中的兩條縱貫線，當擇一而行？ 還是交錯行進的經緯線？請以個人經驗、自我期許，以「投入與超然」 為題，作文一篇，書寫你的選擇、具體作法，以及個人的感思體悟，文長不限。（50 分）

(一) It is the duty of the Assured and their employees and agents in respect of loss recoverable hereunder ⑴ to take such measures as may be reasonable for the purpose of averting or minimising such loss, and ⑵ to ensure that all rights against carriers, bailees or other third parties are properly preserved and exercised and the Insurers will, in addition to any loss recoverable hereunder, reimburse the Assured for any charges properly and reasonably incurred in pursuance of these duties.（15 分）

(二) The assured import the shipment of paper tool totaling 400 CTNs/3000PCS in container No. BX-12365 via M.V. “Ocean Victory” V-256 from Kobe under CY/CY term. When dampness on the container floor was tested by silver nitrate, the seawater indication was obtained, of which the result signified ingress of seawater through the floor. Meanwhile, the merchandise situated right above the floor were damaged as well. Our surveyor was sent for the joint survey with the findings hereby as stated above.（10 分）

(一)除於入會時另行同意及其他規則另有規定外，保險期間自入會證明書上所記載於會員最初對入會船舶享有利益之當日開始，或係入會條款變更者，則以船舶所在地當日之午夜時刻過後即開始，並持續至次年格林威治時間 2 月 20 日正午時刻為止。（13 分）

(二)因保險標的物的不充足或不適當包裝或整備，使其不足以承受正常運輸過程中之意外事故，所引起的毀損滅失或費用。此種包裝或整備為由被保險人或其受僱人於保險開始生效前已完成為限（貨櫃內貨物的積載亦視為是本款所謂的包裝，受僱人不包括獨立契約人。） （12 分）
