這題要先搞懂兩個名詞分別為blinding energy和excitation energy
分別是結合能和激發能
結合能的意思就是你要花多少力氣使電子恢復到自由態
激發能的意思這個能階相較於基態差了多少能量
所以有了這些概念即可解題
題目給結合能0.85eV,代表說要給他0.85eV的能量才能回到0
所以起始能量為-0.85eV
然後激發能為10.2eV,而氫原子基態能量為-13.6eV(要背)
所以最終能量為
