⑶日本趨勢大師大前研一（Kenichi Ohmae），素有「戰略先生」的封號，去年指出 全球代表富裕與安定的中產階級正快速消失中，其中大部分將向下衰頹為中、下 階級，導致各國人口的生活方式，從∩型轉變為M型社會。大前研一援引大量的 數據來佐證他的分析，當時並預言這個轉變也是企業的商機。的確，少數有洞察 力的企業已經開始獲利了。

Algunos juristas chinos respondieron que habían recomendado que se redujera el ámbito de aplicación de esta pena mediante medidas como su eliminación para los “delitos económicos”, pero, hasta ahora, estos llamamientos no se han tomado en cuenta.

⑶Tras varios años de espectacular escalada, el mercado inmobiliario de E(E)UU. se ha desinflado. Si bien los analistas niegan la existencia de una 'burbuja', no obstante, los datos son tozudos: los precios de la vivienda sufren un notable enfriamiento. España, a su vez, no va a padecer un ajuste abrupto del mercado inmobiliario como ha sucedido en E(E)UU. Las “hipotecas basura” son un producto menor en España.
