    《世界經濟論壇報告》指出，2017 年全球兩性在工作環境和政治表現的差距呈現擴大 的趨勢，是近十五年來首次退步。專家預估恐怕還要 100 年的時間才能真正落實兩性平等。 冰島依舊是全球性別最平等的國家。美國的排名下降 4 名，居全球第 49 位，原因是女性部 長的比例和人數大幅下降。相較之下，法國和加拿大的性別平等差距則持續縮小，除了女 性從政的比例提高，在男女同工同酬的方面也有較佳表現。

第三題：英翻中【25 分】        Smartphones are boring now. Every year, they stay expensive and get minor upgrades. The new iPhones are no different. The biggest appeal of the iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max lies in the camera. Apple is touting several quality-of-life improvements that any average person is not likely to even notice. These improved features include a new processor, a slightly upgraded screen, improved battery life and more scratch-resistant glass. The only standout is that the new iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max have triple cameras for shooting photos at wider angles. This week, social media lit up with memes over the triple cameras, between how they looked and how they were just another restatement of the iPhone we are already very familiar with, adding an additional camera crammed in. Besides the camera, there's little reason to upgrade. Phones look the same from generation to generation, with the exception of foldable phones, which are still a work in progress.

第一題：【英翻中】    Successful business operation requires people to work together and develop good teamwork. For team relationships to work well, high levels of trust are needed. However, how people build trust can differ from person to person, culture to culture. Therefore, becoming aware of this factor can help us improve trust with the people we work with. There are many ways of building trust, and the approach a person chooses might depend on the relationshiphe/she wants to build, the culture this person is used to, and the preferences this person has. One thing to note is if the methods we choose do not match the expectations of the people around us, it can lead to misunderstandings.

第二題：【英翻中】       The London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR), serving as the benchmark for borrowings, loans and derivative contracts, used to be the most important pricing reference rate in the international financial market, entered history by the end of 2021. One factor of its cessation is that it is easy to be manipulated, causing the market to question the representativeness of LIBOR. The Central Bank pointed out that since the 2008 financial crisis, there had been quite a few cases of banks manipulating LIBOR quotations, prompting a wave of reforms. Regulators globally have been working on alternative Risk-Free Rates (RFRs) with the underlying promise of better governance and oversight around major interest rate benchmarks.【25 分】

第二題：英翻中         Sex education in American public schools is routinely criticized as lacking comprehensive information, using stigmatizing language, and increasing harm to students through abstinence-based programs when it comes to sexual orientation and gender identity. LGBTQ students generally feel unheard, unacknowledged, and unwelcome as the exclusion of such topics in the curriculum leaves many students physically and emotionally vulnerable. Now a growing number of more open-minded educators are promoting age-appropriate concepts of sexuality and gender at an earlier stage to build empathy and curb bullying. They believe those ideas are easier to be accepted and understood than if first introduced in middle and high schools, when most students’ thoughts are already ingrained and thus difficult to reconstruct.【25 分】
