當你的主詞是第三人稱單數，而時間又是「現在」時，你需要在動詞字尾加上s。倘若字尾為-s, -sh, -ch, -x時，則須加es，倘使字尾是「子音＋y」則須將 -y改成-i，再加上 -es。
