The initiative was intended to raise public awareness of alternative forms of transportation and encourage people to adopt more environmentally friendly ways of commuting. Around the world, people also observe “No Diet Day” on May 6 and “Buy Nothing Day” in late November. If you had the opportunity to establish a similar day like these, what would it be? Explain the purpose of your initiative, how it would be carried out, and what benefits or challenges it might bring. Write an essay of approximately 300 words. Compassion also demands more than sympathy; it asks us to step beyond the borders of the self and accept emotional responsibility.
