【Hint】Reported masticatory forces using complete denture are much smaller than those produced
by the natural dentition, which is of the order of 200N. Although maximum forces of 60 to 80N have
been reported for complete dentures, the average loads are probably much less than these. Indeed
maximum bite forces appear to be five to six times less for complete denture wearers than for person
with natural teeth.
