這題在考條件句(假設語氣)的用法
If 主詞 過去完成式..., 主詞 would(should, could, might, ought to) have p.p
→If 主詞 過去完成式..., 主詞 would(should, could, might, ought to) 現在完成式
過去完成式：主詞 had (not) P.P
現在完成式：主詞 have/has (not) P.P
如果主詞過去怎麼樣的話，他現在早就怎麼樣了
考點總是出現在過去完成式的用法和現在完成式的用法
