句意就有點在說 他們面對這些人去坐在書桌上 (???)

句意上沒有錯，因為原句是 they faced the person 【(that) the person sits】 at a desk
單數名詞sit要加s

D選項 sit的不規則動詞三態為(sit-sat-sat)
就算你要用被動態..他沒理由要用原型be動詞吧...
而且他們面對【被坐】在書桌的人..(甚麼意思????????)拜託不要選這個
be sat這個好像比較偏口語上用法，文法上比較不正式，有時會在英文的電影上看到這用法
