Loop的最強效是Bumetanide
Thiazide類最強的是hydrochlorothiazide(34號位無雙鍵則效價上升）c3決定了強度跟duration（haloalkyl、aralkyl、thioether取代則⬆️）然後N2酸性比7號位的強！
