PD-L1 抑制劑 <Ligand> 作用在Tumor上 Atezolizumab,Avelumab,Durvalumab
CTLA4 抑制劑 作用在Tcell上 Ipilimumab
*APC-CD80/86 與 Tcell-CD28(負責活化T細胞)+CTLA4(負責抑制T細胞) 接合
CTLA-4會阻擾T細胞的活化，因此，利用CTLA-4單株抗體 (monocloncal antibody) 可以有效逆轉這個問題，別來打擾T細胞
