下顎小臼齒lingual cusp本來就在低位，正常拍x光本來就會在下面
好，就算用鉛直方向偏角來想，不管從上往下還是從下往上，只有一張片子根本看不出來骨缺損是偏頰側還舌側

本題圖片Lingual cusp偏mesial，所以大概是以4為準的mesial shift，一張圖片的資訊只有這樣了，就算半月型骨缺損相對牙根偏mesial，單憑一張就說是舌側骨缺損非常牽強
