根據光田醫院的仿單：不建議 CANCIDAS（Caspofungin） 與 cyclosporine 併用。一些健康試用者服用二劑 3mg/kg 的 cyclosporine 且併用 caspofungin 後，出現丙氨酸轉胺酵素(ALT; alanie transaminase)和天冬氨酸轉胺酵素(AST; asparate transaminase)的濃度短暫地升高至略低於相當於正常值上限的三倍，但停藥後得以復原。當 CANCIDAS 與 cyclosporine 併用時，亦會使 caspofungin 的血中濃度 AUC(area under the curve)值增加約 35%：cyclosporine 的血中濃度則維持不變。
