用於血栓已形成：促進Plasminogen→Plasmin活化(Plasmin去溶解fibrin)

解毒劑：Aminocaproic acid→抑制 plasminogen 形成 plasmin

  1. Streptokinase
  2. Urokinase
  3. Tissue plasminogen activator(TPA)-plase：最常用 (rDNA合成)
