前導組織是教育心理學家奧蘇貝爾（Ausubel），在其教學理論中所使用的術語。意指在教導學生學習新的知識之前，教師宜先以學生已有的知識為基礎，對學生作一引導式的說明，使學生易於把將學習的新知識，與已經學過的舊知識之間，自行建立起前後連接的關係。
簡而言之，前導組織就是一種以舊知識為基礎，包括了新知識簡要概念在內的較高層次的概念性組織體，由之可以幫助學生在原有的認知結構中組織、同化、關連已有的知識。（張春興（民84）。教育心理學。台北：東華。）
