二、甲經營的公司虧損多時，知道無以為繼，卻仍向乙借貸二千萬元，用以支應公司開 銷。由於甲信誓旦旦，表示償債絕無問題，而且願意支付高利，乙因此甘冒風險而 授予信用。清償期屆至，乙屢屢催討，甲避不見面。乙提出債權憑證，向法院聲請 強制執行，拍賣甲的一棟房屋。法院裁定對甲的房屋強制執行，並貼上法院封條。 甲心有不甘，撕除封條，進入屋內，污損牆面，破壞屋裡的電力系統與供水系統， 導致拍賣價格大跌。問：甲的前後數行為，各成立何罪？（25 分）
