Since our society is consisted by many people, we need policies to keep everything intact. The policies that keeps everything in order are not only for humans, but animals as well. Families or individuals keep pet for pleasure without any second thought tend to abandon their pets after they lost interests in them. The abandoned animals would wind up in streets feeding on scraps, causing a lot of mess and innocent citizens getting attacked. To stop the animals causing more mayhem, they need to be kept in a shelter. The shelter not only provides them a place to stay, but also gives them a second chance to find a new home. However, if the shelter is too crowded some animals that were not adopted needs to be put down, that\'s when euthanasia came in. By injecting a poisonous drug into the animal\'s body, it will kill the animal peacefully without making them suffer. It is like getting them to sleep that they will never wake up.It do seem quite generous at first, but it missed the real problem. The cause of stray animal problem isn\'t the animals, but the humans. If people never learn how to pay responsibility to their pets, they will never realize what the strays will go through or how many trouble and unnecessary funds the government has to pay. If citizens keep buying pets and abandoning them, more euthanasia process will never get the stray problem solved. Only piling up more animal deaths caused by our ignorance. To truly solve the matter once and for all, what we need is to educate people to establish the right minds. According to the recent news, people having empathy towards animals tend to put more effort keeping them away from gruesome fate. When everyone see animals suffer, especially children, they will do their best to keep an eye on others, including themselves, how animals are treated in their neighborhood. Therefore, they will learn to respect every living being and learn that animals are also some kind of life form that walks on earth, not toys just for fun. With that in mind, we shouldn\'t take their lives just for our own sake. Once we can respect animals, we are able to respect other people too, and conflict will diminish in our society.

The new law about banning the euthanasia of stray animals in Taiwan means the Taiwanese government has implemented a rule to prohibited people from putting animals to death by medicine or operations. I personally are against this idea because by doing so we will have too many stray dogs which may induce the accidents of biting or some animal-related diseases. Also, stray animals causing the street hygiene to fall is another concern we should take into consideration. Considering all the above, I am against the new law of banning the euthanasia of stray animals. ....
