To whom it may be concerned, The Immigration Affairs Conference were amazingly successful. I learned a lot from this conference. However, here are some suggestions that might be make this conference so much better. First, I found it was very challenging when I tried to get to the location. I thought i would be easy to find the place, yet, it took me another extra hour to find the right places. If you put the more traffic details on your website, i believe that there will be lots of people to get there easily. Secondly, I believe there were some mistakes for me to talk with your people at the reception. They were not fully trained. I was very hopeless and desperate to get what I need. But all your staff were just fooling around and not even tried to fix my problems. Again, I appreciate all the efforts you made to make this conference happen. I am still looking forward and feel exited to have another conference with you. Regards, Josh
