The Red–Green Channel (RGC) system at the airport allows incoming passengers to choose to pass through either a red channel (to declare) or a green channel (nothing to declare) at the customs. Write an English essay of approximately 250 words to express your view of the advantages and disadvantages of the system and to suggest ways for solving potential problems.

In my opinion, setting the RGC system can shorter the waiting line while declaring at the customs. However, some people who are trying to sneak things out go to the green channel instead of the red. My suggestion is for custom to announce that for any nothing-to-declare person who is caught things to be declared shall get a great fine, and custom will pick randomly while people go through the green channel.
