Flipped classroom approach is a new way that can arose students\'s self-learning ability which I support to perform it in classroom. Teachers can give students more time to show that if they really understand the context and int the same time build the ability of expression and communication. However, it does not mean that teacher can save more time to relax. In stead, teachers need more time to prepare the pre-reading context, worksheets, and online resources.
In my MUN class, students are asked to preview the paper and have to express their viewpoint from different countries
. Then teachers instruct them to compare the advantage and disadvantages of the policy they choose. Also, several online news or UN website are provided to look up. In addtion, students are encouraged to use power point to exlain the rules which is really helpful to develop their expressing ability.
