壹、公文寫作背景：（一）行政院農業委員會農田水利署新竹管理處灌區皆為雙期作田，主要灌溉水來自頭前溪、鳳山溪、客雅溪的臨時攔水壩或永久攔河壩，另抽取地下水為補助水源。灌區用水方式為上游（竹東、新埔、關西地區）農田灌溉滿足後，所餘水量排入圳路回歸溪流，再供下游（竹北、新竹地區）各段堰堤取水。（二）新竹管理處轄管水門分為七類：取水水門、排水水門、制排水門、分水水門、自動水門、防潮閘門、橡皮壩。各水門均為省力型捲揚設備，須現場手動操作啟閉。（三）新竹管理處曾於 111 年 2 月辦理「111 年度○○站水門維修工程」公開招標，決標方式採最低標，預算金額為 780,000 元。投標廠商資格為：依營造業法領有土木包工業或丙等以上綜合營造業登記書之合格廠商，或經主管機關登記核可設立，行業類別、營業項目與採購履約標的有關（如機械加工、水門、鐵工廠等）之專業廠商，且無不良紀錄者。（四）承作廠商（XX 工程有限公司）於 111 年 5 月 15 日完成該案指定工程，並以 X字 1110515 號函，請新竹管理處辦理驗收。（五）新竹管理處通常由工務組組長為主驗人員，主計室、政風室亦派員監驗。實際驗收日期，業務承辦人將於簽准後，另與主、監驗商訂，並函復承作廠商。題目：為簽核驗收事宜，撰擬該「簽」的本文內容，結構採兩段式或三段式皆可。注意：(1)請自上列「背景」篩選適切資訊撰擬。(2)上簽單位、會辦單位、業務承辦人皆省略不寫，切勿透露私人姓名。
