  • After induction of anesthesia : Dexamethasone, Palonosetron, Scopolamine (至少2小時，因為是使用貼片劑型)
  • Preoperative :Neurokinin 1 receptor antagonists (Aprepitant, Fosaprepitant), Ondansetron PO (30 to 60 minutes前；但uptodate是說口服的方式應該是用於post-discharge vomiting or nausea)
  • At the end of surgery : Haloperidol, Granisetron和IV 的Ondansetron
  • Optimal timing not established : antihistamines
