首先，要先了解句子的意思：在2017年，隸屬工會的受薪勞工人口增加至1480萬人。
這裡沒有用到關代，是用到分詞構句
真正的句子應該要是：In 2017, the number of wage and salary workers who belonged to unions increased to 14.8 million.
這是大家所知的關代，問題是：
belong沒有被動
所以要把句子用分詞構句改一下：In 2017, the number of wage and salary workers belonging to unions increased to 14.8 million.
嫌麻煩也沒關係，這題可以用刪去：主詞是"the number of wage and salary workers belonging to unions"，動詞是increased，所以同樣身為動詞的B、D刪掉，一個句子沒有兩個動詞。然後
belong沒有被動
所以C刪掉
重點就是要先了解句子意思，還有belong沒有被動，只要知道這些就選得出來了。
事實上我就是因為忘記belong沒有被動所以選C(因為很重要所以說四次)
至於怎麼看出關代跟省略，其實就是要先跟關代很熟，要能看出句子的「殘缺」。
先找出主詞動詞，再來就會發現有些用來補充說明的部分，這些部分就需要有「卡榫」幫助它跟句子結合，就是關代，而當你找不到那個應該要在的卡榫，就表示它被省略了。
所以，就是像每個英文老師會說的：請多做題目，看久了就看得出來

→ that 作為關係子句 that sits over there 中的主詞，若要省略關係代名詞，後面的主動動詞 sits 必須改成現在分詞 sitting，因此就變成：
The dog sitting over there is my grandma’s dog.
（這時 sitting over there 變成分詞片語，用以修飾前面的 the dog）
