補充一下Lugol's solution藥理應用

「碘片」的主要成分是碘化鉀，它與急迫時使用的「魯哥爾氏溶液」（lugol’s solution）的目的，藉由讓甲狀腺細胞短暫麻痺的效應（Wolff-Chaikoff effect，效力約10 天）來阻止游離碘或放射性碘進入甲狀腺。
