(A)主要的機轉是穩定細胞膜電位
from up to date：Calcium directly antagonizes the membrane actions of hyperkalemia, while hypocalcemia increases the cardiotoxicity of hyperkalemia
(B)就是臨床上常使用的Kalimate，但是通常是用來降低長期高血鉀的病人
