Enhancers 是位於基因附近或遠端的 調控性 DNA 序列，可以提升目標基因的轉錄效率。它們不需要緊鄰啟動子（promoter），甚至可以：

  • 位於 上游、下游、內含子中，

  • 距離目標基因數千個鹼基以上。

✅ DNA 摺疊與轉錄因子互動？

Enhancers 上會結合特定的轉錄因子（transcription factors）。
