It is very essential for immigrants to learn the local language. After all, when in Rome, do as the Romans do.

The Massachusetts Staten government offers free in-class English tutors for immigrants under age 15 to study English. The Italian government collaborates with church on providing Italian language classes with no-cost. A lots of communities all over Taiwan have government-funded Chinese programs to immigrants as well.

Overall, it is a competitive advantage to offer complimentary language programs in order to attract immigrants.
