 A 24-year-old female patient was sent to emergency service because of severe right lower abdominal pain suddenly. She is unmarried but had sexual activity history. Her menstrual period usually was 30 days interval, the amount was moderate, no dysmenorrhea. What conditions are your differential diagnosis, and what procedures you will do for each possible condition? (20%)
