When a government agency accepts an interview with a journalist in the China area, it should be spoken by a spokesperson or an authorized representative. Those involved in foreign affairs shall be represented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; those involved in China affairs shall be represented by the Executive Committee of the Executive, and other matters shall be spoken by the competent authorities.
