⑴全球暖化危機：全球出現暖化危機，世界各地展開節能大作戰。原來長年冰封的北 極海冰塊面積正不斷縮小，而且速度越來越快，暖化情況已經超過學者預期。全球 暖化引起世界高度關注，但是暖化現象似乎越趨嚴重，不但意大利傳出因為全球溫 度過高，蜜蜂大量死亡，進而導致蜂蜜產量銳減一半，同時日本研究機構也指出， 北極海的冰塊比往年早融化，海水更易吸收太陽照射熱量，加速融冰的連鎖反應。

⑵ 2008 北京奧運“水立方”概況：國家游泳中心是 2008 年北京奧運會標誌性建築物之 一，也是北京市政府指定的唯一一個由港澳臺僑同胞捐資建設的標誌性奧運場館。 奧運會期間，承擔游泳、跳水、花式游泳、水球等比賽。奧運會賽後將成為一個多 功能的大型水上運動中心，能為民眾提供水上娛樂、運動、休閒、健身等服務。本 工程主體結構設計使用年限 100 年。工程於 2003 年 12 月 24 日開工，計畫 2007 年 10 月完工。

⑴ In occasione della seconda edizione della Giornata per la salvaguardia del creato, non è mancato l'appello del Papa a difendere l'ambiente ed arrestare il degrado del patrimonio naturale. «Alle nuove generazioni - è stato l'appello del Pontefice - è affidato il futuro del pianeta, in cui sono evidenti i segni di uno sviluppo che non sempre ha saputo tutelare i delicati equilibri della natura. Prima che sia troppo tardi, occorre adottare scelte coraggiose, che sappiano ricreare una forte alleanza tra l'uomo e la terra». Secondo il Papa «serve un sì deciso alla tutela del creato e un impegno forte per invertire quelle tendenze che rischiano di portare a situazioni di degrado irreversibile». In particolare il «bene preziosissimo» dell'acqua, argomento della seconda Giornata promossa dalla Chiesa italiana, «se non viene condiviso in modo equo e pacifico, diventerà purtroppo motivo di dure tensioni e aspri conflitti».  

⑵ Il successo riscontrato a Parigi dalla Notte Bianca, sin dalla sua creazione nel 2002, ha portato numerose capitali europee e grandi città ad organizzare la loro propria Notte Bianca, sul modello parigino. Dal 2006, desiderose di avviare degli scambi artistici di arricchimento reciproco, cinque capitali (Parigi, Roma, Riga, Bruxelles, Madrid) hanno scelto di associarsi, nel rispetto delle seguenti regole: • La Notte Bianca è una manifestazione culturale aperta a tutti e gratuita, che si tiene ogni anno tra la fine dell’estate e l’inizio dell’autunno, per una intera notte. • La Notte Bianca privilegia la creazione artistica contemporanea in tutte le sue forme. • La Notte Bianca mette in scena lo spazio pubblico in tutti i suoi aspetti: luoghi abitualmente chiusi o abbandonati, luoghi periferici, così come luoghi prestigiosi o di culto appartenenti al patrimonio storico della città, rivisitati in maniera originale dagli artisti. • La Notte Bianca consente alle città organizzatrici di riflettere insieme sull’evoluzione attuale delle notti metropolitane e di mettere in campo servizi e modelli organizzativi adeguati. • La Notte Bianca è un’occasione per promuovere forme di mobilità “poco inquinanti”: bicicletta, tram e trasporti pubblici in genere, navette fluviali. • La Notte Bianca favorisce l’interscambio tra il centro delle città e i quartieri periferici. Il sito web, in continuo aggiornamento, contiene tutte le informazioni utili per partecipare alla Notte Bianca. Offre la possibilità ai visitatori di creare il proprio itinerario attraverso tutti gli eventi della Notte Bianca 2007 e di vivere in diretta tramite webcam gli eventi principali. Il servizio, completamente gratuito, sarà disponibile fino al giorno della Notte Bianca.

The Commission encourages actions, among others, in the areas of customs and trade, such as launching customs controls, consumerprotection and the Digital Services and Digital Markets Acts.Last year, around 4.6 billion low-value consignments, i.e., goods with a value not exceeding €150, entered the EU market equaling to 12 million parcels per day. This is twice as many as in 2023 and three times as many as in 2022, and many of these goods have found to be non-compliant with European legislation. This exponential growth is raising numerous concerns. Mainly, there are more and more harmful products entering the EU.More so, European sellers, who respect our high product standards, are at risk of being harmed by unfair practices and the sale of counterfeit goods through online marketplaces. Finally, the large number of packages being shipped and transported has a negative environmental and climate footprint.

三、英文作文：  On January 15, 2009, US Airways Flight 1549 lost both engines after a bird strike. Air traffic control suggested returning to LaGuardia or going to another airport, but Captain Sullenberger judged these options unsafe. He made the decision to land on the Hudson River, successfully saving all 155 people on board. The National Transportation Safety Board later investigated whether his choice was appropriate. Write a 250-word essay analyzing Captain Sullenberger’s leadership and judgment during this crisis. In your opinion, during emergencies, is it better to follow the established authority or rely on your own judgment? Support your view with specific examples.

一、英譯中：  To reduce carbon emissions, the aviation industry has adopted several sustainable strategies, like replacing traditional cabin materials with eco- friendly alternatives. Many airports are also turning to renewable energy and smart technologies to lower energy consumption. However, despite these efforts, overall carbon emissions are still expected to rise significantly. Therefore, experts emphasize that developing and promoting electric and hydrogen aircrafts are imperative to achieve the goal of net-zero emissions.
