二、中譯日(25 分)         幾乎足不出戶，至少半年以上窩在家裡，避免與外人接觸的「繭居族」，不再是輟學生、社會新鮮人的專利。日本內閣府首次針對中高齡繭 居族的調查，人數竟高達 61 萬人。中高齡繭居族其實跟年輕繭居族一 樣，都要從重建生活自信，修復自我認同開始。其中家人的包容，尤其是父母親的接納極為重要。只有先肯定他們的價值，從家裡創造安心的環境，才能夠協助他們走出封閉的第一步。
