363.Abandoned vehicles occupying public roads, after being reported by the public or identified by police orenvironmental protection authorities, and the owner is notified but fails to remove the vehicle by thedeadline: (A) The environmental authority may tow and store the vehicle and charge the owner for costs.(B) Leave it as is.
