863.When a heavy freight truck passes through a weigh station on a freeway or expressway, if the loadedcargo exceeds the approved gross weight or gross combination weight by more than 20% and cannot beunloaded and repacked on the spot, and after being cited the driver still refuses to comply with thecorrection order and continues driving, how shall the law deal with this?
(A) The vehicle may only be citedonce, and repeated fines are not permitted for the remainder of the journey.
