In the 21st century, keep open-minded is a key for millennials to thrive. Thanks to technology, almost everyone has easy access to the Internet. People can search for information or connect with others immediately through their mobile devices. For people who born in 1980's and 1990's, the 21st century is a period that they grew up and started to influence the world. The millennials learn to surf the Internet in early age, which created a different lifestyle from other generation.

It's undeniable that technology changes morden life a lot, that's why young people should be open-minded. First of all, cross-cultural communication is normal. From online friends, travellers, international students to immigrants, there are many chances to meet foreigners. It's important to interact with them without bias. Second of all, due to development of technology, some jobs are disappearing. Human will be replaced by high-tech mechine. Meanwhile, new jobs will be created. As a result, learning new skills and accepting changes of career are the way to survive.

Older generations live a morden life that totally different from "traditional" life several decades ago. In the furture, the way we live amd the landscape of our country will be far more differnt from now. If we keep the mindset, we might be more flexible to upcoming challenges.
