Subject: Vessel Damage, Request for Inspection
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please arrange for a surveyor from Bureau Veritas to board the vessel as soon as possible upon our arrival in Kaohsiung to inspect the damage to deck equipment and issue a damage certificate.
As our vessel encountered stormy weather conditions during the voyage from Singapore to Kaohsiung, please also arrange for a cargo hold surveyor to inspect the condition of all cargo holds for loading readiness before cargo operations.
The condition of all cargo holds being loadable.
