三、Please translate the following sentences into Chinese.(25 分) According to the principles based on International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) Chapter II-2, the requirements for the fixed CO2 fire extinguishing system in the engine room and cargo spaces are as follows. ● The fixed fire extinguishing room is properly marked and in satisfactory condition and readily accessible, and the ventilation is satisfactory. ● The operating instructions of the fixed extinguishing system in an appropriate language are permanently posted. ● The gas cylinders are complete, properly stowed and absence of corrosion. ● The maintenance and service records, including the last service and the next due pressure test, shall be available and readily to be examined. ● The pipelines shall be in satisfactory order and have no heavy corrosion. ● The audible alarm, including the time delay for the gas release, should be tested at a regular interval.

四、According to IMO, an e-navigation concept can be defined as「the harmonized collection, integration, exchange, presentation and analysis of maritime information on board and ashore by electronic means to enhance berth to berth navigation and related services, for safety and security at sea and protection of the marine environment」. Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) plays an important part in the ship/ shore communication. Please discuss the role of GMDSS in e-navigation and give your opinions in English.(25 分)
