一、Please translate the following passage into Chinese.(10 分)Because Taiwan is surrounded by the sea and located along important international shipping routes in Asia, maintaining coastal security is an extremely challenging task. Large numbers of cargo ships, fishing boats,and various other vessels travel through the waters around Taiwan every day, and the heavy maritime traffic increases the difficulty of management and surveillance. Coast guard personnel must patrol the seas around the clock and closely monitor illegal fishing, smuggling, drug trafficking,human trafficking, and other activities that may threaten national security. In addition, Taiwan’s long coastline and complex coastal geography make coast guard duties even more demanding and difficult.
