肝醣經glycogen phosphorylase分解成G1P,經mutase生成G6P
葡萄糖經glucokinase或hexokinase代謝成G6P
G6P經糖解作用後生成pyruvate
有氧時,pyruvate進入粒線體行TCA cycle產生NADH及FADH2,再進入呼吸鏈氧化磷酸化生成ATP
無氧時,pyruvate經lactate dehydrogenase生成lactate,產生2ATP
